Sergi de Meià

MICHELIN STAR CHEF

Sergi de Meià is one of Catalonia's most talented and versatile chefs. After many years in charge of several Michelin star kitchens, he started Restaurant Sergi de Meià in the heart of Barcelona. His cooking style is characterised by using only local ingredients, with which he serves typical classic Catalan dishes with an international and contemporary twist.

Arnau Paris

WINNER MASTERCHEF SPAIN

Arnau París is the winner of the ninth edition of the Spanish MasterChef competition. After completing his Masters in Basque Cuisine, he decided to put all his energy into teaching, through show cooking, courses, private dinners and team building projects. Arnau's culinary family project – Molí de la Vansa – in Lleida province focuses on the artisanal production of local oils and wines.
