Olive oil

We proudly present our olive oils from the dedicated olive oil producer Iván Caelles Colomés. Iván comes from a long line of olive growers and oil producers from the district of Pallars Jussà in the Spanish pre-Pyrenees.

Most of his olive trees have been there for centuries, but thanks to his extraordinary passion, the trees still bear fruit of exceptional quality.

Where most producers in Vall de Barcedana always harvest their unique mountain olives late in the season, Iván distinguishes itself by harvesting and producing oil from young green olives, which gives it an extraordinary quality and surprising taste.
